• Optional: Profile photo, phone number, bio
• Teacher additional: Experience, specialties, hourly rate
• Automatically collected: IP address, cookies, service usage records

3. Retention and Use Period

The Company will destroy personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use is achieved. However, the following information will be retained for the specified period:

• Account deletion: Retained for 30 days after deletion
• Records related to contracts or withdrawal (5 years)
• Records related to consumer complaints or disputes (3 years)
• Access records (3 months)

4. Third-Party Disclosure

The Company does not disclose personal information to third parties in principle. However, the following exceptions apply:

5. Destruction Procedures and Methods

Electronic files are destroyed using technical methods that make reproduction impossible, and printed personal information is shredded or incinerated.
