Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between LangTori (hereinafter "Company") and users regarding the use of language education matching services (hereinafter "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Service" refers to the online platform connecting language teachers and students provided by the Company.
• "User" refers to members and non-members who receive services provided by the Company under these Terms.
• "Member" refers to a person who has entered into a service agreement with the Company and has been assigned a user ID.
• "Teacher" refers to a member who provides language education services.
• "Student" refers to a member who receives language education services.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

1. These Terms apply to all users who wish to use the Service.
2. The Company may amend these Terms as necessary within the scope of applicable laws.
3. Amended Terms will be announced through the Service's notice board.

Article 4 (Provision of Services)

The Company provides the following services:

• Matching services between teachers and students
• Teacher profiles and class information
• Messaging between students and teachers
• Other services determined by the Company

Article 5 (Member Obligations)

• Members must comply with these Terms and the Company's announcements and service guidelines.
• Members must not infringe on others' personal information or engage in illegal activities.
• Members must not use information obtained through the Service for commercial purposes or provide it to third parties without the Company's prior consent.

Article 6 (Disclaimers)

• The Company is not responsible for the content, quality, or payment of classes between teachers and students.
• The Company is not obligated to mediate disputes between members.
• The Company is not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure such as natural disasters or system failures.

Article 7 (Dispute Resolution)

In case of disputes related to these Terms, the Company and users shall negotiate in good faith. If no agreement is reached, the competent court shall be the court with jurisdiction over the Company's location.
